Hi! I am Robert Kowalski
Head of Media, Business Division Manager @ jambit

In my role as a leader, I see myself as an enabler, mentor and networker.

Technology is the nucleus of my constant curiosity and enthusiasm for complex challenges. With the help of my empathy, communication skills and enthusiasm, I connect to my fellow human beings.
I build relationships and partnerships with employees, colleagues and customers.
I live and promote interdisciplinary exchange and thus develop creative solutions together with my environment.
The goal is always the triad of entrepreneurial success, the joint growth and further development of my environment and myself.

The promotion and development of my employees in combination with the process and organizational development of jambit is a challenge and a pleasure.
IT consulting as an opportunity to master complex projects together with our customers drives me.
As a speaker and lecturer, it is my passion to share my previous experiences as a leader, founder, software developer and designer.

I am a proud graduate of Ludwig Maximilians University (LMU), as well as the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich. I am a Cal Bear at heart from my time as a Visiting Student Researcher at the School of Information at the University of California, Berkeley.
